CHALLENGES
The goal for this project was to create an iconic structure that would really set the fifth tower lobby apart from all the other prominent buildings lobbies. It needs very elegant design with digital signage and a truly one of a kind iconic structure. First challenge presented by the Fifth Street Towers lobby. Custom Triangle LED display is inset to the wall and surrounding decoration plywood. It needs LED video screen very slim, lightweight and perfect combining with decoration wood. Second challenge is the six triangular LED displays rotation angle installation and need video content playing with special handling which is different from regular rectangle LED display horizontally or vertically installing. Third challenge is the lobby consistently welcomed a lot of ambient light through its massive windows. This light would compete with any digital visual feature, so it was necessary to install LED displays bright enough to stand out.
SOLUTION
In order to set on a stunning digital feature to drive the historic lobby into the modern age, Alive Promo analyzed the complications posed by the lobby space and decided that six customized large-format triangular LED display was the ideal solution. Partnering with the LED experts from media software sales Inc and DesignLED Team, the integration pros from Alive Promo, got to work customizing triangular solution. Targeting a display feature that would truly immerse tenants and guests alike, the team installed six sets customized triangular LED display solutions on the wall inside the lobby.
THE RESULTS
Thanks to the efficient work from Alive Promo, Media Software Sales Inc and DesignLED, fifth Towers lobby project was able to achieve each of their goals without being held up by any of their predicted obstacles. The final results of the project are stunning. The amazing triangular LED displays capture the attention of audiences when they enter the lobby space. Not only was the multitalented team able to design and build six gorgeous triangular LED displays to precise specifications. Make the lobby of buildings realize an impressive front to their audiences, and property management teams realize LED display technology can transform not just their interior space but their entire brand image as well.
THE TECHNOLOGY
The six triangular displays are consisting of 12 types customized triangular and parallelogram LED panels. Both Triangular LED displays feature a 4mm pixel pitch with high 1200 nit’s brightness LED and together comprise a total of 344.445 square feet (32 sq. Meter) of display space. The triangular LED displays run video content by Avolite media server and powerful and friendly mapping software.
